We are building software simulations in try mode. We added a link in the player with some basic instructions. Unfortunately, clicking this link triggers the try again layer.
The trigger for the try again layer is the following :
Show Try again layer when user clicks outside Hotspot.
What do we need to do in order for the try again layer to be triggered only when user clicks outside Hotspot in the slide. Clicking the player should not be considered as an error.
The button you mention is one that you've created and is on the slide of the course.
You could work around this by adding a trigger on the hint layer to close when clicked again and set the properties to not allow the user to click on the base layer.
This will allow the user to close the hint layer, then proceed.
