Clickable marker over hotspot question

Hi!

I have a few slides where the learners have to click on the correct area (Software simulation) and If not, I have a message popping up telling them to try again. No problem with this so far...

Thing is that I would like to have a marker (or button) on which they could click to get a hint but every time I click on the marker, I get the "Try Again" pop up. Is there a way to bypass this problem? Thanks.
