Client is having difficulty uploading a SCORM 1.2 module to Access LMS

This is their exact feedback:

"I managed to download the files, however I haven’t been able to upload them to the LMS. The Zips contain too many different file types and the LMS can only accept Zip files containing: SCORM, XAPI, AICC eLearning or video types MP4 or MOV.  Is it possible to re-send them with only those formats, or alternatively, can you let me know which files I can remove from the zip’s that won’t stop them from working so I can try again."

I'm a bit perplexed because...

A: the zipped file doesn't actually contain SCORM files, it IS the SCORM file (right?)

B: In my experience, LMS/LRS exports with 'report to LMS' ticked and set to SCORM 1.2 (which is what we sent them) work on pretty much every LMS under the sun.

Sadly I don't have access to their LMS myself and can't examine the problem more closely. But if anyone has any suggestions as to what might be causing the issue mentioned in the client feedback I'd be very grateful.
