I have some great news to share. We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Update 73, we’ve included important fixes and new features!
One new feature we’ve included:
Boost video accessibility by including closed captions when publishing projects as MP4 video files.
To take advantage of this update, launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You'll find our step-by-step instructions here.

The screen shot attached looks awful, my apologies. In the tool bar of the player it shows a speech bubble, when I click on it, it says, "choose subtitle file." Does this mean that I can download subtitles for a video? If so, I can't use this for my course.

Thanks for reaching out! Currently, the closed captions added in Storyline projects are not included when publishing to video.
I'd like to share the good news that Closed Captions for Video Projects is in our feature roadmap and In development! We'll be sure to update this conversation once this feature becomes available in Storyline 360.
