When I publish the project for the web or lms I can see the closed captions. When I publish the project as a video I am unable to see the closed captions. I have added the triggers to each slide of "Set Player.DisplayCaptions to value True When the timeline starts on this slide" and yet still no luck.
I'm sorry to hear you're hitting this snag! Are you already using the latest Storyline 360 version? We have added closed captions for published Storyline video files in Update 73.

Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You'll find our step-by-step instructions here.
