Completed packages show as a Status of Incomplete and %completed as 10% in Coursemill

I have published a package for LMS with output options set for AICC

Tracking is set based on slides viewed with LMS Reporting set to Completed/Incomplete

Yet when I complete the package the package, my LMS (coursemill) only shows a status of Incomplete with a %completion of 10%.

We have a small video embedded on one page so don't know if this can cause issues.  Can anyone throw any light on this for me please.

Hi Nigel, 

Were those tracking and completion requirements what Coursemill requires? It would be good to confirm that first.

Next, I'd also suggest testing the course in another environment to confirm if Storyline is passing the correct data to the LMS. You can use a site such as SCORM Cloud to upload your content to (follow these steps for AICC) and you could also enable LMS debug mode when uploading to SCORM Cloud and/or your LMS.
