completion- complete, success unknown

We did an e-learning for one of our clients.

When we tasted it in a simple moodle all the scorm worked well. We got a complete report and a score.

But when our client uploaded it to his system – SLK working on share point – they got a complete report, a score and under "success" they got "unknown".

How can I set the "success" to a "pass" so the system will not send back the e-learning to the learners?

We tried all the publish settings: "complete/incomplete", "passed/failed" etc.

Hi Amir,

If you haven't seen them already, I'd recommend taking a look at the articles  here and here that may help clear up common LMS issues.

Was it SCORM Cloud you used initially to test the course? If not, please try testing the course using that system to help us determine if the issue is Articulate related or if it's on your LMS's side. 

If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on.

If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team.
