Completion settings and Percentage

Hey guys,
I'm having issues with a project, where I have set up some custom completion settings. Basically I need to make a course complete, without using a quiz. So i made a free-form slide and used the Next button as the correct answer, so that the user looks like they are just continuing the module, but they are actually answering the question correctly.
This completes the course fine, but for some reason it is giving me 90% instead of 100%. I don't understand how this is possible when there is only one question, which is set as correct.
I would really appreciate some advice on this. Unfortunately I can't sent any files, but please let me know if you have any questions.

It's looking like this has been resolved, thank you so much for you help. I did not have the scoring set up to 100 points for the question. I assumed that having only one question would automatically result in 100%, but this is working now.
