Conflict with player color and picture colors
Aug 11, 2017
In an effort to design a more professional looking course, I made the Player invisible using the instructions here and decided to color it a celery green (prefer to avoid white).

It worked great for most slides, but now I have a few slides with pictures that won't blend well with a celery green player background. Such as a yellow-orange-red gradient background for a diagram.
Is there a way to change the player color just for one or two slides? Or a better alternative?

Hi Heather
great idea but unfortunately you can modify the standard player to be different for different slides.
Can you change the layout of your slide so that the gradient background of your diagram perhaps has a border that moves it away from celery green or alternatively show the diagram in a lightbox?
I will check those ideas out - thanks Wendy. I've not worked with
lightboxes before.
Appreciate the help : )
Hi Heather
not sure which version of SL you are using but here and here is some info about lightboxes in SL2 (should be similar in SL3/360)
