CONTENT BLANK

Hi,

One of my users can log-in (I use Coffee Cup website access software) but the content is blank (screen grab attached).

If she clicks on Next or clicks on the Menu the progress wheel turns, but still no actual content.

I've logged in with her details and works fine for me. I therefore assume it's a problem with the operating system/software that she is using? What can I get her to try do?

I use the html files and not the html5. Could this be the problem?

Hi, Shannon -- Thanks so much for your question! May I ask if she is viewing the content in the intended environment? And, in case you'd like to review it to make sure she is attempting to view content in a supported way, here is our System Requirements sheet
