I sent a zip file to my SME for review and when she goes to open it, she gets Active X controls security message, says yes to allow the content, then all she gets is a blank screen. I tried having her save it to a folder instead of opening it from her email and still nothing. Any suggestions?
It may be an Active X issue. Ask her to see if she can open it in another browser, like FireFox. You could also try publishing in a different way to see if it works.
Thank you for the responses. Opening in another browser does not work. However, I republished to CD vs. LMS and so far it works for me so I am testing it out with my SME. I also loaded the course onto our LMS test environment and it works fine there. I wanted to avoid that because that option is time consuming. We have massive restrictions and are not allowed to do FTP so this looks like my only option. Thanks again!
