I am loading the source file (xxx.story) on to our shared drive for others to open and review. however, one of my direct reports, when she opens it, it comes up as a zip file and she cannot access the source file. Everyone else is fine. Is tere ]some setting she has in her storyline that is preventing the source file from opening up and only allowing her to open up a zip format (even though I didnt zip compress the file). very strange... help!
If the Storyline software versions are the same she could always copy down the .story file to her computer then use File > Open inside Storyline to open the file. Opening the file directly from the shared network drive is strongly discouraged

On some posts here when I download the files they show in my browser as a zip. Ask your colleague to see if she can change the file extension to .story after it has been downloaded.
