Hi, all -- Storyline 360 updated for me this morning and, ever since, the content library gives me nothing even with the simplest search term -- just the Gray Circles of Mystery (see attached screenshots).
Any ideas? We're on Windows 10 Enterprise and are up to date with our whitelist.
We don't want you losing access to all that great content, so I'm glad you reached out. I see my teammate, Rowie, recently sent you instructions to open port 443 and allowlist the domains listed in this article: Articulate 360 Network Endpoints
Our whitelist and port settings seemingly haven't changed, but we've noticed the problem seems to be confined to users who ran the latest 360 update. We've got ISP looking into it. Thanks!

UPDATE: The circles became the standard Alert Triangles of No Access.
