I have published a course for LMS, SCORM 1.2 using Articulate Storyline 2 (update 6).
After transferring the output on my smart phone device (make: Xiomi Note 4, Andoid OS: Kitkat, Browser: Chrome 47 and default browser 7.4.3) it doesn't play well. No Audio, Non-working player.
Is there is update which I need to install to fix this issue?
After publishing, upload your course to a web server or LMS, then give learners a link to the story.html file (which is the file that launches the course). They’ll automatically see the right format for the device and browser they’re using. See this article for details on how this happens.
Glad to hear that Kaustubh. I appreciate you popping in to share an update. If it's anything that you feel would benefit the community, I invite you to share.

Thank you Leslie and Christie for prompt response. I forgot to mention.
I am uploading package on LMS and users are downloading the package using offline android app and they play the course on their smartphones.
I have seen the threads you had mentioned. but I feel this is something different. Correct me if I am wrong.
Hi Kaustubh!
Sounds like you are not utilizing the Articulate Mobile Player to do this, which is what we would support for offline viewing.
Have you reached out to your LMS team on this?
Thank you Leslie the issue has got resolved.
