Content Type is 'UNKNOWN' when published to the LMS

Publishing the content and converting it to ZIP file is successful, however when tries to upload the content to LMS, it is end up with Content type - 'Unknown'.

 

Any hints on what could be the issue. I have uploaded the LOg file
