Are there any new tools available that convert Flash-based content (.fla files) directly into Storyline? I have several courses that need to be meet accessibility standards and play on mobile devices.
Nope, there are no tools like that. There are some tools that convert Flash to HTML5 for use on mobile devices. Swiffy (https://www.google.com/doubleclick/studio/swiffy/ ) is one of those. I'm not sure though how useable these converted files are in HTML5.
