I just upgraded from Storyline 3 to Storyline 360, and I am trying to open up a project in my new software. I'm getting the error message:
This project uses features that are not available in this version of Storyline. Please upgrade to the latest version in order to open this project. (See attachment.)
Any idea what might be causing my project to hang up?
Are you running the latest version of Storyline 360? You'll want to make sure that you are running Storyline 360 Build 3.64.27845.0 or a version as close to the most recent one as possible in order to be able to open Storyline project files that make use of recently released features.
