I am running a Mac with Parallels which just updated and now copy and paste is not working when I copy something out side of storyline and try to paste it into storyline. Copy and paste works within storyline just fine. I figure it has to do with the Parallels update but wanted to see if any one else is currently having this issue or may have a fix.
I'm running Storyline 360 in Parallels as well with the latest updates and I can confirm that I had no trouble copying and pasting text from another application like Microsoft Word into Storyline 360.
Since you've recently installed an update that may have reset some of your settings, please make sure that your Parallels installation is configured to the settings listed in this article:
