I cannot open a .story file and am hoping someone from Articulate might be able to do so and re-save for me. Is there a way for someone in support to take a look at this file and help me out? It's a large file and also private so it would be best to transfer outside of this forum. Please help!
I've run into this problem before too. If your system has functionality, try right clicking the file name and clicking "version history." Then download a previous version - you might get lucky and pick up an uncorrupted file.
