Corrupted text

Hello,

I keep getting random corrupted text whenever I preview or publish, and I have no idea what it is thats causing the problem. I have researched many articles on here and nothing seems to be solving my issue.

And I keep getting random crashes when previewing and publishing. Storyline simply turns off randomly, no warning, nothing. Could this issue be related?

I contacted support and there was no help from them. They said they could not replicate.

Please help!

Hi Rosch,

It might be worth installing SL on a different computer and publishing it and see if the same problem occurs. I suspect there is an issue with the fonts installed on our current computer.

If it is font related, have you tried (just as a test), using a different font and republishing? If that fixes it, then you might need to look at uninstalling and reinstalling the font that is causing the problem but this will be something in our OS rather than SL itself.
