Course Completion in Learning Management System

Hi All,
I am having issues with transcripts updating on our LMS in Google Chrome, but not IE. We have courses published on the LMS that instruct the user to close the window when complete with the course. If they follow these instructions while using Google Chrome the user must refresh the page for their transcript to update. If the user follows the same instructions to close the window, while using IE, the transcript will automatically mark them complete(if they passed). The user does not need to refresh the transcript for the course to show complete in IE.
Anyone have experience with this and some insight as to why this may be happening? We are using Cornerstone for our LMS. We did debug last week.

Hi Erin! This is not an issue that I'm familiar with. Are you able to replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud? This would help us determine if it's the course or the LMS causing issue. if you are able to replicate, we would want to take a look at your .story file.

We acutally do not have SCORM Cloud. Is there anything else I can do?
You should be able to test a file without an account, but we could test it.
