I got a report from several of our clients, that several courses crash when a learner lands on a results page.
We're trying to reproduce the error, but thus far the error is seemingly popping up random. I've added an attachment where I've managed to log an error. Unsure whether this error causes the problem.
I'm sorry to hear that the learners are getting stuck--I know it's frustrating when folks are seeing an issue that you're not able to recreate yourself.
What version of Storyline was this course created in? Also, have you noticed that the course crashes in certain browsers in particular?
We've had crashes in FireFox (53.0.3), Safari (10.1) and IE (undetermined).
Thing is... when i/we test in these versions, we can't reproduce the errors. The error in the attachement display a Type error. Coudl missing fonts be the culprit (seems unlikely)?
I shared this with our Support Engineers, and they would like to take a closer look. Could you send us a link to your course through this form? Also be sure to let me know your case number so I can follow along.
