Course doesn't prompt to resume

Hi, I have a storyline course that doesn't prompt to resume.
I mean I quit the course after a few slides, then I open back the course, and it starts from the beggining of the course all over again.
I tried to change the Resume settings inside the player options to always resume but it also doesn't work.
I searched other topics in the forum and I assume that it is happening because the course is heavy, the zip file weighs 52MB.
is there a way to make it work properly and prompt to resume?

The course needs to be presented within a Learning Management System (LMS) or Learning Record Store (LRS) for the resume settings to work. Storyline uses the LMS/LRS to store the data needed to resume a course.
If the course is just on a regular website, the program doesn't have a place to store that data. Thus, it may always restart from the beginning. (It might resume with some browser settings, but that's not reliable.)
It is on an LMS (Blossom KC), on scorm cloud it does resume, but not on the LMS.
What can I do to find a solution?
It sounds like there is a setting in the LMS that forces the course to restart. To find a solution, you'll need to work with the folks who run the LMS.
You were right, it was a checkbox to tick in the LMS.
