Hi everyone, Storyline 2 course is not marking some students complete in LMS when using IE11. Some students are being marked complete. Has anyone experienced this? What can be causing it?
Hi, Carmen -- Thanks for your question and sorry to hear of your troubles! Just so you have it handy, here is our System Requirements sheet to ensure that content is being viewed in a supported way. Also, would it be possible for you to share the name of the LMS provider you are using in case other have had similar experiences and can share some advice?
And also, may I ask if you have had a chance to test your course published for LMS via the SCORM Cloud to see if you can reproduce the behavior in that environment? Please also see this article for additional details on How to Troubleshoot Your LMS with SCORM Cloud.
