Course Tracking in LMS is showing Wrong Status

Hello

I’ve set my course to be tracked by one Result slide, that contains three result slides, set to User Must Pass Each Quiz, in which I set each quiz pass at 70%. However, even though when doing a test and get a 100% on all questions for the three quizzes, the Status is still showing Incomplete. Anybody know why that might be?

Hi Sean

I would test through Scorm Cloud and see if it returns the same result.

Hi Wendy

I've done that and it does return the same results. So not sure what else to do. I've tried putting it to Passed/Incomplete also but that made no difference. Are there any settings you see above that would not make it work?

Ah, wait a minute ... I've created that master result slide to incorporate all the result slides and to track from that. But the user never goes to that master result slide ... so I guess it's not triggering ...? Let me see if I add a trigger to the 3rd result slide to trigger the master and see if that works ...
