Course triggering complete when just opening it in LMS

I have an issue that I can't find a solution for. I have a course comprised of five different modules, each its own SL file. Each module has a trigger on the last question that marks the module as passed or incomplete in the LMS (Adobe Connect). For three of the SL files, this is working just fine. However, two of them mark the course as complete when just opening them. If I submit the last question, the LMS will show it as passed like the other modules. However, if I close the module before getting to that trigger, it shows as complete and even if triggering the last question to send a message of Passed, the complete doesn't change to passed.
I have created all these the same way and can't for the life of me figure out what's going on with these two. I've republished, renamed, deleted and re-uploaded to the LMS, all to no avail. The attached document shows screenshots of what I'm seeing in the LMS and also all the pertinent places in SL that could be causing the problem.

Hi Debbie,
Thanks for sharing the details of your courses and how they're recording in your LMS. For those courses marking as complete as soon as you open the file, I recommend testing those in a different environment, such as SCORM Cloud, to see if you get similar results.
You may also consider closely reviewing the LMS Course Information between each course, as you'd want different identifiers for each one.

Thanks for this info. Things seem to work ok in the SCORM Cloud. I'm going to work with my client's LMS people to see what the problem is.
