We're hoping you could help us identify the reason why the course would not jump to the next slide (already published in the LMS). The slide just sits and the three cirles (loading) just keeps going.
The raw file works fine as well as the file uploaded in Review 360.

Which LMS are you using?
Have you tried playing the course in a different browser?
Is the issue occurring at the same point each time or sporadically?
Is this happening for every user?
