Courses not completing in LMS (NetDimensions)

I have used Articulate Presenter and had no issues with the courses interacting with my LMS.

I have recently started using Storyline for our projects. At this point, I have two courses that are published in our LMS, we use NetDimensions. Everything went smoothly until people started to take the courses. It seems there is a good amount of people who experience the courses not registering as "complete" in the LMS. I proxied into their account and confirmed this is indeed the case and their status never changed from "in process". I tried the following things to fix it but still experience this issue with the two courses:

- Change settings from required passing score to slides viewed.

- Changed the slides viewed option to the second to last slide.

- Adding an exit button on the last slide.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue with other LMS systems? Does anyone else utilize NetDimensions? Anyone have a way to address this issue?

Hi Ian,

I'm not familiar with NetDimensions, but that article may help you. 

Some other things I wanted to point you to in terms of troubleshooting, is this blog post that is more general about any LMS.  If you review that article, and are still having difficulty tracking within your LMS, you could also test it within SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard site for testing and see if your able to replicate the issues with tracking there as well. If not, you'll want to connect with your LMS team and share what did happen within SCORM Cloud to help them troubleshoot.
