I am trying to play a Storyline 360 course on my iphone 7+ (IOS 14.4). The screen prompts me to turn my iphone from vertical to horizontal which I have done. The rotate prompt does not go away nor does my video play.
This is happening on iPhone 7, 8 & 10 but does work on iPhone 11. All are running IOS 14.
How can we correct this so that it will play for everyone? (Client is getting cranky)
