Courses not tracking successfully on the Articulate Player v 2.23

Hi,

We have developed a couple of courses using Articulate Storyline. 

Prior to upgrading to the latest Articulate Player v 2.23, the existing TINCAN Courses tracked successfully.

However, post upgrading none of the courses has had successful tracking.

 Please let us know if there is any workaround to resolve this issue.

Have you tried testing your courses in SCORM Cloud (an industry-standard tool for testing SCORM output), to see if this is a problem with your specific LMS?
