Have you tried testing your courses in SCORM Cloud (an industry-standard tool for testing SCORM output), to see if this is a problem with your specific LMS?
When you tested the courses in SCORM Cloud, did you also use Version 2.23 of the Articulate Mobile Player? If not, please do so.
Once you know whether or not the problem is reproducible in SCORM Cloud, this will tell you whether or not the problem is specific to your LMS. Thanks!

Hi Justin,
We tested the courses in SCORM Cloud and they are tracked successfully.
However, when we launch the courses from the LMS, after upgrading to the latest Articulate Player v 2.23, none of the courses tracked successfully.
