Typically this is handled by the LMS or hosting solution that you're using to distribute your content. You could include some text entries on the first slide to allow the user to enter in their information, but depending on how many users you have, it would be a lot of triggers to ensure that the correct username/password were entered.
You could also look at using a Google form/survey as a web object on that first slide as well.
