A Storyline user asked: how do I create a menu with 4 items, but only make 1 item active until the corresponding section is complete, then make the 2nd item active, and so on. Below is one way you can do that, and the file's attached.
Hey Tanya - as Bruce said, using separate scenes should work just fine. Attached is a tweaked version of the original mockup I shared before, but in this one, each section is in a different scene, and it functions the same as the original. Are you seeing different behavior in your project?

Attached is the .story of the example I used when I (almost completed...) my lecturette at European Articulate Conference in Leeds.
Has an added "Big Secret Button" that comes in at the end too.
Same principles - use in virtually all courses that I create now.

Nice, Bruce!! I like the way you added a "Complete" state on the menu icons to indicate which ones have been seen.
Are we able to use this with different scenes? We have been trying!!
