Does anyone know if you can set a menu button to play over a video in a slide and then jump to a cue point location from that button? So if the video is on a slide and plays for 3:00 mins, I'd like to have an active button or way to click and jump to 2:18 of the video in that slide while it is playing.
No update at this time. I wanted to share some information about how we manage these feature requests as that may be helpful and let you know that you're in the right place to be notified of any information we have to share.
If it's any help to anyone what I did was set a hotspot over the video which, when the user hovers his/her mouse over the hotspot, displays a picture with the time points indicated and arrows pointing to where on the video control timeline to click to go to that spot.
Now that Articulate has added the ability to do page numbers, maybe this can be added to the list of desirable features.
Thanks for sharing your workaround, John! We're still tracking this request. If we add this feature to a future update of Storyline 360, we'll share the news here in this discussion!
I am happy to share that we just released the newest version of Storyline 360 (Build 3.38.21779.0) this morning, which brings the Jump to Time Trigger! This feature allows you to create unique interactions by using triggers that jump to different times or cue points on the timeline. For more details on this, please check out this knowledge base article!

George,
At this time, there isn't a way to tap into Cue Points. But this would be a great feature request and add
another really great level of possibility!

Thanks Mike,
I'll probably have to make individually segmented videos.

Any update on this feature? I'd also like to be able to set cue points in my video and jump to the cue point.

The next step is to update Storyline 360 by heading to your Articulate 360 desktop app and clicking "Update" next to Storyline 360.
