This would be a great feature and I'm looking to customize at least header and footer in the output. I'm pretty comfortable with code. Are there backend files that we could access or since this thread is from 6 months ago, is this in the works?

I can't support making any edits to the published output files, but perhaps someone from the community may be able to pop in with ideas. I'de also recommend reaching out in our Building Better Courses forum, as it's a fantastic resource for bouncing around design related questions and solutions!
