This is more about how to get a better handle of scenes in the Story View. So far, you can "collapse/expand all scenes". But is it possible to drag/drop, move or re-size the scene "rectangle"? This will give a better handle and view of the scenes in the Story view.
Not sure what machine you're using, but on my Mac I'm able to use the reverse pinch-to-zoom option to expand the scene rectangle. For anything beyond that, I'd recommend submitting a feature request for enhanced scene management options. Thanks for the input
