Data Capture and Export?

Hi,
Does Articulate allow for data capture? I've been reading through the discussions here, and it sounds like a lot of users are struggling when it comes to capturing data. My group is considering buying Articulate to use for prototyping games, but it would not be useful to us if we could not record user choices, and then later export them to another program (e.g., Excel) for analysis.
The types of data we'd be interested in are responses to multiple choice questions, how long it takes a user to respond, whether they clicked a button to get a hint, etc.
For those who are successfully capturing this type of data, how do you do it, and what is required to make this successful?
Thanks for any help with this!
Nicole

Hi Nicole,
A lot of this information is captured by Storyline, but it's designed to be reported to an LMS not an Excel file, text file or database. There are a number of users who do it - and a lot who use Google Docs as their tracking method. You can see at least one example of that in this thread.
