I have the following difficulty. My eLearning course is developed in storyline. In my course the default previous and next buttons are customized only in the design aspect. And in the Knowledge Check slide the "When Revisiting state" is set to "Resume Saved State". Now on the iPad when I click back/previous button, on the interactive slides the customized next and back buttons are overlapped by the Default next and previous buttons. Note that I have only hidden the default back and next buttons in order to use the customized next and back buttons. It doesn't give this error in the desktop, but only in the iPad.
What version/update of Storyline are you using? Also, what version of the iPad iOS are you viewing this on? Is this in mobile safari or the mobile player app?
If you'd like to share a copy of the .story file you can post it here so we can take a look.
Thanks for reaching out here. I do not see that Vikrant shared any additional information but that the issue was ultimately reported to our QA team for review. I don't have any additional information to share at this time, but will include this thread in the report filed with our team so that I can keep you posted here.
It is currently by design that they would appear on a revisit, but they should appear in the player, not blocking slide content.
