Delay in communication between the course (SCORM) and our LMS in Edge browser.

Good morning, 

We have recently removed IE emulation from our Edge browser. Suddenly, our courses take 20-25mins to update in the LMS. Meaning the progress or completion does not register in the LMS for a long period. 

It's possible there is an issue with our LMS, but seems like quite a coincidence that we just removed the IE11 emulation. 

Has anyone experienced a disconnect like this with their LMS and Edge?

A quick way to confirm if the issue is browser or LMS-related is to test how your course behaves in a different LMS. Try to test your course in SCORM Cloud and check to see how long it will take for the course to send quiz data there. If your course take the same amount of time to update in SCORM Cloud, please open a case with our support team here so we can take a closer look at what's causing the delay.
