Has anyone had an issue that the characters' heads are detached from their body in preview mode or when Scorm content is updated into the LMS? We have just started to experience this issue recently, but not with all of content developers. If my coworker creates the content her heads are detached and if I open her file and preview or Scorm the heads are fine. Does her Storyline need to be reinstalled?
I wasn't going to comment, and get your hopes up that I've got a solution (b/c I do not), but I've just gotta say, I'm laughing to myself about your character's detached heads. #ThursdayAfternoonDoldrums
As strange as it may sound, we have seen this before. Detached, decapitated, and off-set are just some of the descriptors we've witnessed surrounding this phenomenon.
Rest assured, a quick check and adjustment of the DPI Settings on the troubled computers should put those heads back in order :)
