Dial interaction - making icon not clickable

Hello,

I'm working on a slide where I am using the dial interaction. I would like to know if there is an easy way to make the icons not clickable and only let the user use the dial. I created a shape with no fill on a top layer thinking that would take care of the issue but that didn't work.
