Hello, I couldn't find anywhere about whether the recent storyline update had removed all the characters except for Atsumi from the character library that comes with Articulate storyline. I know I might be able to find the answer by googling, if I search harder, but I need to insert these characters today. Please answer me if anyone knows the answer.
I wanted to point you to the directions here on how to install a Character pack, and you'll also need to have access to the serial number for the character pack (it's different than your Storyline serial activation). If you're unable to find it, you can connect with our Support team who can help you with that and any other troubleshooting.

I think there must be something wrong with my installation, because I don't understand why there is only one character left, as shown below:
