I'm having issues both in the preview within Storyline and even worse after publishing, where the text and image in my caption box shapes are being cut off or shifting. See images attached. I've tried shrinking the caption boxes and images/text within, but it doesn't seem to help. The same caption boxes are working correctly on other layers in even bigger sizes. I've tried grouping the content together to make sure it stays a fixed size, but doesn't help either.
Let's start by checking your computer's DPI settings! When objects appear out of place, it could be that your DPI settings have shifted. Not to worry, I'll walk you through how to check this!
Here's how to switch to 96 DPI:
Right-click your desktop and select Display settings.
Click the Display tab in the upper left corner of the window that appears.
Under Scale and layout, select 100% from the drop-down list.
You may be prompted to restart your computer for the change to take effect.
Can you let us know it that did the trick? If not, we'd be happy to continue troubleshooting with you.
Hi Lauren! Thank you for your quick reply. I did check this yesterday after finding an old thread on here for Storyline 1 and my settings were already set to 100%.
Do you see this in every project or just this one project?
