Display problems with tablet screen

I am writting today to share a problem that we have been experiencing with several e-learning modules developed with Storyline 360 lately when played on tablets. At some point, a black shape appears on the right-side of the screen, preventing learners to continue navigating in the module (as you can see on the video attached). We have been experiencing this problem whether we launch the module via our LMS platform (Talentsoft) or via Scormcloud.
Here are some additionnal details :
- problem on different modules.
- OS : android 8.0.0
- browser : Chrome version 114.0.5735.131. We also had the problem with the last version of Chrome.
- we only have that problem when the tablet is on a landscape orientation
- we experience the problem when we have no player or the modern player. With the classic player the modules seem to work properly.
Have you ever seen that kind of problem ?
