when I open articulate 360 for the first time, it displays in two-byte characters. I changed the preferences setting to English, closed the program and restarted, it remains in non-English.
Hi there, Dee. Thanks for telling me what you've done so far! I suspect the only piece of the puzzle that is missing is "Quit." For that setting to take effect, you have to actually Quit the program, as opposed to just closing it out.
It will be in Chinese, but Quit is the bottom option. Let me know how you make out!
