Hi all, i'm annoyed that storyline does autoresize the text in placeholders. Is there a possibility to avoid autoresizing of the text? I know this case form PowerPoint and there i've found a order to avoid this matter.
Hi Lara,
I’m a bit annoyed by this as well. So I use my own templates. If you create a template and format those text boxes (on their masters) so they don’t auto-resize, then, when you use that template, the placeholders will act the way you want. You can also request this as a new feature, here .
Thank you, thats what i was looking for. But unfortunatly i now have recognized the same problme like Jane Maduke mentions in here reply. Any suggestions ?

Hi Lara,
To turn off auto resizing, you can right click on the placeholder, then select Format Shape > Text Box > Autofit > “Do not autofit”.
