I am new to Storyline and worked with the free version and then set up using the serial number after purchase. I cannot access my project and see an error box "Used by another process or you do not have the proper security permission......" Any ideas for a solution?
I want to confirm that you are trying to open this file from a local source. Has this happened with only one file? You may want to follow the steps here, and also try restarting the computer to make sure any background applications that may be accessing some of the file elements are fully shut down.
