When previewing the first slide I am hearing one continuous audio stream for the entire presentation in addition to the individual audio clip for that slide. Subsequent slides appear to be okay and only play to audio clip for that particular slide. Cannot locate the continuous audio stream to delete it. Can anyone help?
I think we'd need to take a look at your .story file to see what's occurring. Storyline doesn't have a background audio option, so my guess is it may be on the slide master that particular slide is using?
Has there been any solution for this? I'm using the audio from 360 and I originally put in an Indian women's voice. I since changed it to a British speaker. However, when I preview, I hear both voices. Any thoughts?
