drag and drop - drop outside

Hello!
What I do:
I change state of drop object when it is dropped on drop target. So I want this object to change its state back when it is dropped outside drop target.

Same thing with freeform drag and drop when object that was already dropped changes its state to "drop incorrect" when dropped outside. But I need it to be in Normal state.

So is it any way to change object state back when it is dropped outside drop target or is it any kind of drop outside trigger.
