I have a freeform drag and drop interaction where the user gets two attempts.
The drag items appear one at a time, the feedback is after they submit. However, the drag items don't return to their initial location ready for the 'try again'. I have set the slide and each layer to 'when revisiting : set to initial state - but it is not resetting. The interaction is not being scored.
Hi Wendy when the user move to incorrect layer, set "Jump to slide" (on which drag and drop interaction is)
then it would give you your interaction "Reset to initial state" working otherwise not. But keep in mind that using this would not limit your attempts to be set to 2 or three, for limiting your attempts also check this link
I just wanted to point out that I did an additional tutorial in case your D&D has more than 1 attempt. It's still on Screenr, but I've also posted it to YouTube:
