I am having trouble with a couple of my drag and drop interactions. When I drag the wrong answer into the drop target, it does what it is supposed to do and snaps back to its original place, but when I drag a correct answer into the drop target, it disappears completely.
I am having a problem with my free form drag and drop, I have it set to show the Correct layer if they score 10 points, and the incorrect layer (which I created) if less than 10 points.
My correct layer will not show when the answers are all correct. The incorrect layer that I build shows whether the answer is correct or incorrect.
Is this trigger a part of your quiz question slide? The Results.ScorePoint variable is a part of the results slide, and therefore won't be adjusted until the user visits that slide upon completing the quiz. You may want to look at creating a custom variable instead.
I know this is going to sound strange but I remember somewhere hearing if I had this problem to set the score to one higher so set your score to 11 and see if that fixes it. I can't remember what the reason was but I heard it in a storyline class. Hey if it doesn't work set it back to 10.
From that image it looks like you're referencing two different variables, score and scoreless? Are they both being adjusted somewhere else? Also - when does "score" change? Sometimes that can be a sticking point for submitting the trigger, as the score would need to be changing on this slide to apply that particular trigger.
Thanks for your help. Besides the trigger issues, the submit button from the player was showing on my new layer so I ended up creating a branch slide from the standard incorrect layer to display the answers.

Here's my storyline file. Is there something I'm missing?
Try changing the Drop Target Option to free. It worked when I did that.
That worked, thanks Cary!

Hi Ashley,
Half way there, now the correct layer works, but the incorrect layer does not.
Here's the new trigger

Hi Laura,
The player buttons will appear on layers if they're enabled for that slide, so I'm glad you found an alternative method that will work for you.
